To optimize your digital image, use the table below to select the appropriate camera adapter for your camera's sensor size. Lower-magnification adapters provide a wider field of view, while higher-magnification adapters provide greater image sampling.

The recommendations below are general guidelines, and you may select one adapter magnification above or below the recommended value depending on your desired field of view and imaging application.

A 0.5x adapter is not recommended for a 1" sensor, as the larger sensor may experience vignetting. Conversely, using a 1.0x adapter with a 1/2" sensor will significantly reduce the field of view and may oversample the image without providing additional useful resolution.
