Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Orders placed after 4pm Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Carrier selection is determined at checkout or by our fulfillment team to ensure safe and timely delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Restrictions

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Hitech Instruments is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at sales@hitechinstruments.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
